Highly recommend Deb’s Yellow Buddha Yoga sessions. This is a great mix of meditative breathing and strengthening poses. Deb encourages you to take time for yourself and helps you to visualise the cares of the day melting away. She targets critical areas to ensure you receive a full body stretch. She has definitely inspired me to make yoga a regular part of my routine. 💗
