Why Yoga?

Yoga unites the mind, body and soul helping to ease tension. Regular practice increases fitness, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Take time away from your busy schedule and focus on yourself. 

Why Yellow Buddha Yoga?

At Yellow Buddha Yoga, we pride ourselves on putting our students first. We aim to provide nourishing and rewarding Hatha classes focusing on breath work, relaxation and life affirming mantras. All these skills can benefit your busy day to day life - helping you to be mindful on and off the mat.

    Our Yoga classes

    We ensure our classes guides you into the asanas (poses) whilst showing the importance of breath work and mindfulness, ideal for all levels of yoga experience from beginners to the more advance students.  

    Our Tai Chi classes

      An introduction to the ancient art of Tai Chi, a very gentle form of exercise focusing on slow mindful movements matched with the breath, encouraging the flow of 'chi' within the body, leaving you with a feeling of calmness. 

    All the classes can be done seated.

    Prenatal Yoga

     If you're pregnant and looking for ways to relax and stay fit, you  have found it . Connect with baby while taking time for yourself.

    About Us

    Yellow Buddha Yoga has been a dream of mine for a long time and, with great pride, YBY is finally here. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and I am now ready to help you, wherever you are on your own journey. Having passed my 200 hour teacher's course let me guide you through your yoga practice. 


    In 2023 I successfully completed my Bronze Tai Chi instructor training and will be studying for the Silver level in 2025.


    I look forward to seeing you at one of our classes.

    As a responsible organisation Yellow Buddha Yoga has public liability insurance. It is a requirement of our insurance company that all students must sign the waiver form to join our classes. This will be emailed prior to your class.
